Our Approach
Things worth keeping. A business built to last.
Jerry & Vuong began with two friends and a shared intention: to make exceptional home goods at a fair price, and build a company that treats the people behind them fairly.
Between two places
Switzerland & Central Vietnam.
Jerry leads the commercial side from Switzerland: the brand, sales and international relationships. Vuong leads the work in Vietnam: sourcing, manufacturer relationships and quality control on the ground.
We begin with one carefully considered product, a premium bath towel made in Vietnam. Switzerland is our first proving market; our ambition is to build a durable international brand.
Quality & price
Put the value into the product.
Our aim is premium quality without the inflated overhead of a luxury-brand model. We want the material, manufacture, finish and presentation to earn their place in the price.
A fair price must work for the customer and for the people making the product. We want to build commercial relationships that can support consistent quality over time.
Sound economics
Healthy margins have a purpose.
Margins allow a company to maintain quality, pay people fairly, build reserves, reinvest and survive difficult periods. Squeezing them too far eventually puts pressure on workers, suppliers, the product or the future of the business.
We are building for long-term strength. Profit makes continued investment possible; it can also make practical community work sustainable.
Value in Vietnam
Value should stay where it is created.
Vietnam is where our first product is made, and an essential part of the company we are building. We want meaningful economic value to remain there through local suppliers, operations, packaging, logistics and jobs.
These are choices that will shape how we grow. Community work belongs alongside them, with each completed project documented in its own right.
Fair to the customer. Fair to the people behind the product. Strong enough to last.
